Elite Warrior Training Programme

The Elite Warrior Training Programme focuses on optimising the mind-body connection. To illustrate the mind–body relationship think about your body as a vehicle and your mind as the driver. Both are essential to get from point “A” to point “B”. If your car does not start – even if it is a Ferrari – you will not move. Similarly, your body needs to be fit for purpose in order to carry out your required activities and meet any threat head on. Whether it be combat for military or law enforcement, or basic self defence the WTC is suitable for everyone and offers the following training for Building Strong Minds. Building Strong Bodies.

Train the Body

Krav Maga Self-defence training
– Hand-to-Hand Combat training (**military/police or law enforcement only)
– Nguni stick-fighting (**by special arrangement only)
